Navigate to Tools > Options

Select any dialog which contains a drop down list box. Left click on the arrow
to activate the drop down list box. The list boxes do not activate nor do they
drop down. Open and close the dialog will not effect this. Opening and closing
the browser will not effect this.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Tools > Options
2. Select any dialog which contains a drop down list box.
3. Left click on the arrow to activate the drop down list box.
4. The list boxes do not activate nor do they drop down.

Actual Results:  
The list boxes do not activate nor do they drop down.

Expected Results:  
The list boxes should have dropped down allowing for me to select an option
within the drop down list box.

When the Orbit Blue theme is selected the problem occurs.

Selecting the theme blue monkey does not resolve the issue.

Selecting the theme Firefox default does remedy the issue.

Changing back from the FireFox default theme, reopening the browser, switching
back to the other two themes has restored the back and forward buttons on my
toolbar. These were missing until now.

If it works with the default theme, it is not a bug.
