User-Agent: Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040207 Firefox/0.8 Blocking images from a server should block flash animations from that server as well. Thanks! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to cnn.com 2. If an image banner ad appears, right click on it and block images from server 3. Reload page until a flash ad appears Actual Results: Embedded Flash animations are loaded even though images from that server have been blocked Expected Results: I believe the "image" term should be expanded to flash as well and flash animations from servers from which images have been blocked should not be displayed.

Here's the bug you want. It's an extremely popular bug that a lot of people want implemented, so hopefully it'll get in soon. Ideally, that would be before Firefox 1.0, but unfortunately it's still in the works. The patch on the bug might do it, but it needs review. Voting for it might help, though: above the comments box, click on Vote for this bug and then add it to your votes. Votes help the devs see what is wanted most, and so hopefully they'll approve the patch/fix it sooner rather than later. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 94035 ***
