233683 - document.location('mypage') tries to redirect to chrome://navigator/content/mypage

document.location('mypage') tries to redirect to
chrome://navigator/content/mypage and gives an error message access denied in
the JS console.

Phoenix 0.5 and Mozilla 1.5 seem to work alright.

window.document.location does the same

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a page on a server and put a <input type="button"
onClick="document.location='mypage'">
2. Open the page
3. Press the button

Actual Results:  
Nothing seemed to appear but some error messages appear in the js console

Expected Results:  
Redirected the page to mypage.

Classic theme. Tabbed browser and download bar extensions.

Could you please attach a testcase to this bug using

Chances are, this is a TBE bug; their code does a lot of wacky stuff that could
cause this sort of problem.

This bug gets mentioned in the CVS log for the Solaris patch checker,
which seems totally unrelated to this bug.

It looks like some digits were flipped.  I'm pretty sure
bug 233863 was meant in the CVS log, not this bug.
