233685 - Vertical Scroll Bar Missing!!

The new FireFox 0.8 does not have vertical scroll bar (on the rightside of the
window).  I have been using the 0.7 version of Mozilla FireBird with no such
problems.  If I go to any web site which has a scroll down option then it is
missing.  I used the PinStripe 3 & Mozilla (default) Theme and still see the same.

Disadvantage : Cannot use the mouse to go up or down.

WorkAround : Can only use only the Up and Down arrows of the key board to move
up or down.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open up http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
2.Look for the scroll bar at the right.  If you have to go the bottom of the
page you would have to use the keyboard's up and down arrows.  You cannot use
the mouse to scroll up or down.




Expected Results:  
Use a Mac Single Click Mouse to scroll up or down using the vertical scroll bar
on the right of page.

If you are using the default them and still see this problem, then try a new
profile. please post if a new profiles fixes it

Firefox 0.8 on mac os 10.2.8.

This worksforme with the default Firefox theme (Pinstripe).

"Note: The Firefox UI may appear broken if you are using a previous version of
the Pinstripe theme. Go into your theme preferences, select "Firefox (default)",
then close and reopen the browser to make sure you are using the latest
incarnation of the Pinstripe theme."

Marking as invalid because this is a theme bug caused by using a non-default
theme that has not been updated. Please reopen if you disagree.
