User-Agent: Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 When downloading the most recent episode of the series Red Vs. Blue (a Quicktime file) it stops at a random point in the download and does not continue. When the download is cancelled and restarted, it does the same thing, at a different spot in the download. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to http://www.redvsblue.com 2.download Red Vs. Blue episode 28 3.Observe the download doesn't complete Actual Results: The download does not ever complete, only gets a part of the way. Expected Results: Completed the download.
I was unable to find an episode 28. I downloaded episode 23 from http://files.redvsblue.com/2x23_/RvB_Episode23_LoRes.mov without problems.
This works for me too. Reporter, are you sure you're not just having connectivity issues between you and the site in question? Does downloading work well for you everwhere else?

I've not been able to reproduce this in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040310 Firefox/0.8.0+ either. It really does sound like a connection issue you're having to the server. Please keep on trying this with a new build: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/ If you still have problems, then let us know and reopen the bug, but for now, I'm marking as WORKSFORME.

no, you guys are all right - I had problems like this with multiple downloads and that file was the only one I could reproduce it with for a couple of days - the only thing that makes me think it wasn't a connection problem was because I could open up internet explorer and get the download completed just fine - I think it was an issue with the download manager that just resolved itself with me, I guess.
