User-Agent: Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 If Windows is configured to not display the content of a window when moving or resizing, Firefox doesn't comply to this setting for resize unless the user click in the document window. If it's the home page, clicking the document doesn't correct the problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Change Windows appearence settings to not display content of a window when moving or resizing 2. Launch Firefox 3. Resize the browser window - it doesn't fit the setting 4. Click in the document part 5. Resize window - It's ok Expected Results: Follow the Windows settings. Do not refresh window during resizing window.

Sorry, I miss the exact behavior of this bug. - Resizing with window borders (system), ok, - Resizing with aplication resize corner, window refreshes during resize, which is a different behavior from system configuration.
