When selecting part of an e-mail body text, the Rewrap option doesn't appear in
the context menu (right clicking on the selection).

Instead of using the menu option "Edit, Rewrap", the ability to rewrap from the
context menu would be an improvement in usability of the Mozilla e-mail client.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select part of e-mail body text
2. Right-click on selection
3.

Actual Results:  
Rewrap option does not appear

Expected Results:  
Should show Rewrap option on context menu

sorry for the spam.  making bugzilla reflect reality as I'm not working on these bugs.  filter on FOOBARCHEESE to remove these in bulk.
