When a bookmark is added it does not check if that bookmark name or url is being
duplicated or not and creates another entry.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any website and from menu select "Bookmarks->Add to bookmarks".
2. Keeping same site open again from menu select "Bookmarks->Add to bookmarks".
Actual Results:
Two bookmarks are being created
Expected Results:
It should say that book mark already exists, do you want to overwrite it?
