Build 2000010509M13: NT4, Linux 6.0, Mac 8.5.1
Overview: The 3-Pane Edit|Select All has two problems:
1. From the menu select "Edit|Select All" and nothing happens.
2. Try the access key "Ctrl+A" and nothing happens.

Additional Information:
- Select "A" for the mnemonic and nothing happens on NT4 or Linux.
- The "Select All" menu item is grayed out on Linux yet bold on NT4 and Mac.
We assume this means selecting all messages in a folder. Are there any
workarounds, like select on 1st msg, and shift click on last?
inoschka has included this in her list of menu items to disable for beta, since
it isn't working`. See bug #25139.
At this time, multiple selection should work (bug #24990 fixed, but I've not
verified yet) as a workaround.
Edit|Select All menu item and Shortcut (Ctrl+A, Alt+A,Command+A) are working
when focus is either in thread pane (selects all messages in list) or message
pane (selects all text in message).
Disabled when focus is in folder pane, which is correct.

mnemonic/access key can be dealt with separately. Isn't there a master mnemonic
bug?

Build 2000-02-15-09M14: NT4
Mnemonics have been removed on Linux for beta1.
In NT4 the mnemonic/access key is working in the same way that Laurel describes.
There is no seperate master bug.
