There should be a way to reference bugs from other bugzilla installations. For 
example, if I enter a bug at bugs.gentoo.com and it turns out to be a bug in 
XFree86 itself already being tracked at bugs.xfree86.org, then bugs.gentoo.com 
should be able to mark my bug as a duplication of one at the other site. Would 
also be useful for bugs that depend on the fixing of a bug in another package. 
Basically, this would aid a lot of people, I believe, in situations where bugs 
cross between packages.
