When the window is maximized, the vertical scrollbar looks fine. When it is any
other size, part of the vertical scrollbar is covered, maybe the top 200 pixels
or so.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.gasteroprod.com/2001/11/08/kristian_wilson_204.html with
firefox maximized
2. Resize the window
3. Watch your scrollbar get covered. :-p

Actual Results:  
The top 200 or so pixels of the vertical scrollbar are covered.

Expected Results:  
All of the vertical scrollbar should always be visible.
