Junk mail controls are in most cases useful only or "inbox" folder account.  If
for example messages containing potentially harmful attachments are already
foldered to some other folder by mail system, it is pretty annoying if peeking
into this folder (most likely 99.9% virus junk) initiates junk mail filter.

Steps to Reproduce:



Expected Results:  
Checkbox "disable junk mail controls for this folder" in imap folder properties.
