When the download manger is th focused window, The preferences window doesn't
come up (Firefox Menu -> Preferences)

I expect that this bug will disapear when bug 206651 and bug 206686 will be fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:
It reproduces also by the case of Java Script Console.
Hi Asaf,

It's not only Preferences. ALL menu items are disabled when the Download Manager
(or the "Find in this Page" window, for that matter) is the focused window. See
bug 228615. :)
