With the cited url, font styles are incorrect in several places vs what Netscape
4.x and IE 5 display.

* The topic text down left panel: "Top Stories, Breaking Stories, World News,
etc" should be bold.

* The text "Top Stories" below "Click 'Refresh' or 'Reload' on your browser for
the latest edition. " looks like it is in incorrect font.

* The headline for each story looks like it is missing bold style.

Thanks Rick - fixed faster than a speeding bullet.   I was about to append a
test case, but you beat me to it.  Here it is anyway...

Fixed by small change HandleDefaultStartToken(). A dumb mistake really, where I
was performing a block-like process on a style-like tag.
