I would like to be able to put the existing assignee onto the CC list when I
"take bug" from the add attachment page. Nothing advanced, just another checkbox
possibly with the current assignee shown.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a bug you don't own.
2. Go to the add attachment page.
3. Tick "take bug" and attach.

Actual Results:  
Previous assignee is no longer "connected" to the bug.

Expected Results:  
Have the option to keep the current assginee "connected" by adding them to the
CC list.

Should be turned on by default, imo ;-)  otherwise "current assignee" will not
be able to know they were unasigned if just checked Bugmail.

At the least (which is a seperate bug) when unasigned you should be notified by
bugmail.
