234694 - Download manager creates unwanted Desktop folder

I happen to keep my Windows Desktop folder in My Documents for backup purposes.
When I use Firefox download manager it stores files, by default, in my Desktop.
Since it does not find this in Documents and Settings/username/Desktop, it
creates this folder. And Hey Presto, I have another Desktop folder. I rename
this and delete it, and go to reset the download manager, and it has created
another one! 
It should really only create new folders when told to by the account holder, not
simply because it can't find one.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Move your desktop to another location.
2.Go to the downloads options
3.Choose desktop as the location for downloading. 

Actual Results:  
It created another desktop folder in documents and settings/username/

Expected Results:  
Found my desktop folder, or told me it couldn't find it and ask if I want to
create another one.
