Steps to reproduce:
1. Load http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/image/0207/iojup_cassini_big.jpg.
2. Right click, Set as Wallpaper.
3. Choose "Center" in the "Position" dropdown.

Result: The image goes through the bottom of the monitor and pushes the dialog
buttons off of the dialog.
Good catch!  Fixed, I think...
