234944 - Short line diffed against wrapped line should have top alignment

Hope I can make myself clear here... if a diff changes one line from a short
line to a long line that wraps (or any combination where the overall height
differs) then the short line is vertically centered, this looks particularly odd
when there's half a line's worth of spacing above and below, but I'll try to
demonstrate the effect in ASCII:
