Details
User-Agent: Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; de-AT; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 I am not able to reply to a message which has been forwarded to me as an attachment. As far as I found out, this is by design. The corresponding buttons (reply, reply-to-all, forward) are greyed-out in the forwarded-mail-window. But when I right-click into the message, I can choose "reply" or "reply-to-all" etc. Doing so results in an error window saying "An error occured while opening a window for composing a message. Please try again." NOTE: This is a raw translation from my german language pack, but you should get the idea. As far as we are concerned in our company, we would really like to be able to reply to forwarded messages, because sometimes a customer is asking the wrong guy in our team. Then we forward the mail to the right team member and he/she then is not able to reply directly. But, anyways, it is inconsistent to be able to choose a feature in context menu while not being able to choose it by using buttons (or menus). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open a mail containing a forwarded mail as attachment 2 [details] [diff] [review]. open the attached forwarded mail 3. right-click into the message text and choose "reply to sender" Actual Results: An error message appears saying that there was an error while trying to open a new ompose-message window Expected Results: open a new compse message window with quoted text from the forwarded mail
