235003 - Installer fails with access violation - null pointer read

When trying to install the naigtly build published on February 18 2004, the 
installation fails with an access violation and the previous instalaltion of
mozilla is no longer functional. The same happened when trying the February 19 
2004 nightly build. When downgrading to Mozilla 1.6, the instalaltion works.

1. Download the nightly build from Feb 19, 2004 (12Mb)

Setup: SETUP.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x019ac810" referenced memory at "0x000000000". The memory 
could not be "read".
