235161 - No back or forward buttons, no scroll bars, full screen doesn't work properly.

The back and forward buttons do not appears on the toolbar.  Also, there are no
scroll bars, either as part of the main browser itself, or when you go to a page
that has a scrollable frame set in the middle of it.  Also (I'm usking KDE 3.1)
full screen mode doesn't cover up the kicker as version 0.7 does.  Thank you.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Load the browser... that's all that needs to be done.

The aforementioned situation occurs.

Expected Results:  
It should have all the components that its supposed to have.

Your problems sound like an incompatibility or preference corruption issue.
Could you please check the following things:

- Are you using any extensions or extra themes (i.e. not the theme that came
with the browser)? If so, could you please disable them and try again.

- Try starting Firefox with a fresh profile. I'm not sure if there's an easy way
to do this in Linux, but you can do it by temporarily removing the Phoenix
folder in the directory where your preferences are stored. If this fixes the
problem, you might be able to recover your old bookmarks, and then delete that 
folder.

If either of those things fix the problem (or if they don't), please let us know :)

The kicker bug should have been filed on its own, you shouldn't lump multiple 
bugs in one report because they may need to be directed to different people.  
Plus, the kicker bug is a dup of 158226.  The back/forward/scrollbar issue 
sounds like you are using an incompatible theme.  If you are not able to 
reproduce your problem when you use the default theme this bug should be marked 
invalid.
