User-Agent: Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 I'd just mounted my new computer and was downlaoding my mail from my server, when suddenly mozilla went haywire, refused to send a reply to an email received and then my mail a/c just disappeared. i asked the server for help but the [correctly] informed me that one the mail isdownloaded, its deleted from the server. I'm still trying to recover from the shock of this. I use the NSW 2004 antivirus and its habilitated and updated. Thank you so much for any help tha I can get to retrieve my lost mail and addresses. David, I assume you mean Norton Anti Virus. Do you have quarantine files which contain viruses set to on? If you received a virus then Norton may have quarantined your entire mailbox.
