Tried subscribing to a Mozilla Calendar file with iCal.  This appeared okay but
now (possibly with the 1.6 upgrade) new events are missing.  I've tried
republishing and resynchronising but no joy.  Looking in the ics file I can see
the new events have been stored, but for some reason iCal is unable to read them.
Unsure what troubleshooting to do at my end (it is quite slow since I'm using
Mozilla 1.6 on Windows at work and iCal at home).
NB Tried Mozilla 1.6 for Mac OSX but that's a whole other bug report.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add event with Mozilla Calendar and publish
2. Read the .ics file (on a webDAV server) with iCal
3. Latest events are not seen by iCal

Actual Results:  
Latest events are not seen by iCal

Expected Results:  
All events in the .ics calendar should be readable by iCal

On closer inspection, it appears that my Mozilla-generated calendar is a concatenation of several 
VCALENDARs - that doesn't look right and it doesn't match the iCal ones:- for your inspection here's 
the head of the calendar (note the line "END:VCALENDAR" immediately followed by "BEGIN:
VCALENDAR"):-
