235751 - Keyboard shortcut highlights location bar but focus stays in window

Typing Command-L to select the location bar and type a new URL, the text in the
location bar is highlighted, but keyboard input still focused on window, so
typing activates typeahead find instead. Cursor is flashing in Location bar, but
cannot type there until click in with mouse.

It seems to be somewhat intermittent; I tested as I was typing bug details;
initially was reproducing on the bug submission page; then I clicked in and now
Command-L properly directs focus. (Suggest future testers try on pages without
forms)

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Command-L
2.Start typing new address
3.Swear

Actual Results:  
URL highlighted, typeahead find activates.

Expected Results:  
URL highlights, typing overwrites and allows input of new URL

I've seen this also using all Mac Mozilla products, but haven't been able to
construct a reliable reproduction routine. Something sometimes interferes with
the command to focus the Location Bar.
