The HTML in the page above causes mozilla to go to 99% CPU utilization.
It happens with mozilla 1.3 on linux (slackware) and 1.6 on win2k. As I recall
it was also happening in 1.5 on win2k.
I tried to make the code snippet as small as possible to demonstrate the bug.
Hope this helps.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the top command in linux or the task manager in window
2. Visit the page
3. Witness the high CPU usage.
Actual Results:
The mozilla executable will consume all available CPU cycles.
No problem at all with 1.7a in winXP, Mozilla uses 0% CPU with that page.
No undue cpu usage with a current trunk linux build...
I got a CPU spike from it on OS/2 trunk, but very brief.

Please reopen if you can reproduce it with a current build (1.7b)
