The back button and the forward button, as well as their keyboard and menu item
equivalents, remain inactive, grayed out, even when there are pages in the
session history. However, the pages are accessible via the Go menu. It is also
intermitent; it persists between restarts of the browser, but will come and go;
I don't know why.

I have not been able to reproduce the bug with a new, clean profile.(i.e.
without multizilla) If and when I, or someone else, can, I will reopen this bug.
(Sorry for not responding to the question earlier.)
