User-Agent: Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; cs-CZ; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 Notification WAV sound in Mail component does ot play. Other applications like Winamp can open it normally. Preview of sound does not work. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Expected Results: play sound :o) Newly installed Win98 with all service packs and Mozilla 1.6 installed.
Jan Jelinek: the notification sound needs to be specified as a URL. If the sound file is local, you need to preface the filepath with "file:///" -- such as file:///c:\sounds\beep.wav *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 169414 ***
