At the provided url after the last reflow text in news column is overflowing the
right border. If you save the page and reopen the local copy everything is fine.

text in news column overlaps column right margin

news column text properly placed

Attachment: repeatable testcase (some trouble in reducing it more)

in the zip the testcase is test236024.html wich is a reduced copy of
HWUpgrade.html provided as reference. Script _007.js was modified to mimic the
timing. Removing the delay clears the behaviour.
