A saved email message containing base64-encoded images as attachments, won't
show the image properly. It is displayed as a broken image icon, or as an image
with severe rendering errors.
I used emails saved from Mozilla Mail with a .eml extension.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save arbitrary email with attached image as file
2. Open the file in the browser


Actual Results:  
The attachment is broken

Expected Results:  
Show the attachment in the browser just like in Mail
