Keyword search doesn't work the the char : appears withn the search terms.

This makes common search modifiers like site: and link: unusable.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a keyword that searches Google. Let's call it "keyword".
2. Type "keyword stuff site:com" in the address bar, press enter.

Actual Results:  
Firefox responds with the message box "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded."

Expected Results:  
A Google search for "stuff site:com".

This is probably related to bug #218447

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
