The nested tables holding the menu at the page above and many other pages I've
visited appears to be shifted in different directions every time I modify the
location of the tables. IE displays the layout fine: nicely centered menu and
content, but every time I open the URL for first time (with clear cache) in
Firefox or Mozilla, the tables shift (I made this shift more visible by changing
the background color of the tables to intense-blue, unlike the rest of the site
with greenish-blue).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to url above (http://www.freewebs.com/physics_guru/index3.htm)
Actual Results:  
Only if this is the first time visiting the URL or using clear cache, the tables
are shifted to the right and intense-blue shifts are visible.

Expected Results:  
The layout should have appeared without any visible abnormalities.

I found the following strange solutons to this problem:

1) Pressing the "GO" button on the Firefox toolbar or pressing "Reload" button
for many times sometimes fixes the problem.

2) Turning the "View => Character Coding => Auto-Detect => Universal" instead of
"Off" or changing Character Coding to any value fixes the problem until "Reload"
or "GO" is pressed.

This might have been fixed after 0.8, please retest with a newer build

Just tested this on Mozilla 1.7a, produces the same unwanted results.
Yet to test it on new release of Firefox.

nightly, a clean install, and a fresh profile.
