Since March 1st 2004, DENIC is registering new domains with german umlauts in
punycode. Testing one page I knew that existed before without umlaut domain and
now with the new name, revealed this bug in Mozilla. Both domains link to the
very same server but if using the umlaut domain the source code is not displayed
using View page source from the menu. Instead an alert window pops up with the
text "could not be found. Please check the name and try again."

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit domain www.stöwer.de
2. View/Page Source from Mozilla menu
3. ->Error message
4. Visit domain www.stoewer.de
5. View/Page Source from Mozilla menu
6. Page source is displayed


Actual Results:  
Error message is displayed

Expected Results:  
Page source code should be displayed
