236506 - When enabling and then re-disabling the "Load images" option, Firefox stops displaying ALT text for images

When having disabled the "Load images" option by default and launching Firefox,
the ALT text of the images is displayed (as expected). Next, when I enable the
loading of images, reload the page -- the images are displayed. But after
disabling the option again, the ALT text is lost upon next reload, an all
subsequently loaded pages are missing it -- which makes the navigation quite
uncomfortable.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable the "Load images" option, close and restart Firefox
2. Load a page, enable the "Load images" option, reload the page
3. Disable "Load images" option, reload the page, check for ALT text

Actual Results:  
ALT text missing where it was before

Expected Results:  
See the ALT attribute text

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs,
filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
