Mozilla 1.7a breaks skinnability with the Breeze theme
(http://fls.moo.jp/moz/breeze.html) by making the pulldown buttons such as Back,
Forward, and Print on the Navigation Bar too wide (approximately double intended
width). I have tested the Classic and Modern themes without reproducing the bug.
