When right clicking a windows Internet Shortcut and choosing either "open With"
or Send To" (mozilla Firefox program link), it opens firefox, but only displays
something like this:

URL=http://www.hansansystems.com/products.htm

and the address in the firefox address window is relating to the windows folder
that the hyperlink is contained in and not the webpage. Understand that this
method of selective browser opening by right clicking a internet shortcut icon,
works with all other browsers incl netscape, opera and IE, so why not with firefox?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Right click Internet Shortcut
2.  Choose "Open With"
3.  Choose the Firefox exe file to open the link in a firefox browser.

Actual Results:  
text comments only appear not the web site as does in other browsers using the
same method.

Expected Results:  
Open the web page in the Firefox browser.
