I just downloaded huge ammount of mail messages that were left on the server (a
bit more then 21000 mail messages). They downloaded just fine and after long
process of chacking and marking them as spam it all seamed to be ok. But it
looks like on another automatic download of new mail Mozilla got stuck in spam
checking and didn't automatically move the marked spam mail into the junk
folder. It also didn't do that if I manualy marked a message as spam. Everything
in Mozilla (browser window also) stoped responding to my actions. I then decided
to close Mozilla. It closed all windows but the mozilla.exe process was still
runing. I then decided to kill it. But now when I try to start mozilla mail it
doesn't display any messages and only starts using 100% of CPU (AMD Athlon 64
3000+). I let it for a few minutes but nothing happens. If I then close this
mail window Mozilla crashes in msgbsutl.dll. Windows crash report window says this:
szAppName : mozilla.exe szAppVer : 1.7.20040.31108
szModName : msgbsutl.dll szModVer : 1.7.20040.31108 offset : 0000a22c

I forgot to mention that I'm using Windows XP with SP1 and Mozilla nightly
2004031108.

I once again tried to download the same email messages and now Mozilla stopped
responding right after the first fetching of the mail while it is marking mail
as spam and automatically moving it to Junk folder. When it stopps responding
all the downloads that were in process in Download Manager stopped. And if I
move the mouse over the little icons in the lower left corner of Mozilla window
all icons disappear and only ChatZilla icon remains.
Summary: Mozilla Mail crashes in msgbsutl.dll when I close it after using 100% CPU → Mozilla Mail crashes in msgbsutl.dll when I close it after using 100% CPU after Junk mail moving fails

It all looks like as if Mozilla would be runing out of resources or something.
Menus also begin to loose images and some other buttons like Search too. There
are also no more submenus.

OK I now tried for the third time. I now disabled Junk mail controls and mail
downloaded just fine. Then I closed Mozilla completely and then reopened
Mozilla Mail and it imidiately started using 100% of the CPU when it should
show the Inbox folder with 21000 e-mails.
Is there any way I could help you in finding in which function it is spending
all the CPU functions?

I'm also changing summary as now it always crashes in msgdb.dll.
