If you open 32 tabs (any mix of sites should do) tabs number 33 and after don't
fit on the screen, the only way to get to them is to close one or more of the
first 32 tabs opened.
I propose adding a dropdown list after the 31st tab that would appear perhaps as
a chevron » indicating that there were more.

While several different Bugzilla entries referring to possible new formats for
tabbed browsing- none that I saw mentioned the 32 tab limit.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open 32 tabs
2.Open another tab
3.you can't see the 33rd, 34th or following.

Expected Results:
A Chevron » should have appeared at tab 31 indicating that more tabs could be
revealed by clicking on it.
Clicking on the chevron would bring a drop down list of any remaining tabs.
