User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 If My Sidebar contains no siebar tabs, attempting to add a news tab results in the following JavaScript Error Error: tree_root has no properties Source File: chrome://communicator/content/sidebar/customize.js Line: 377 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.From Main Menu, Select View > Show/Hide > Sidebar 2. From Sidebar Pane Select Tabs > Customize Sidebar... 3. From the Customize Sidebar dialog, Select a tab from the list of available tabs 4. Click on Add. Actual Results: Nothing. (except the Javascript error that appears in the JavaScript Console) Expected Results: Tab Selected should appear in the Sidebar Pane. Is there some file I can open and edit to get the sidebar back? I'd really like access to my history
Should be fixed in new builds. See bug 135717 comment 21 for an easy workaround. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 135717 ***
