There's some old cruft in xpfe/appshell/public that I want to remove... it's not built, and it's a bit confusing. I want to remove xpfe/appshell/public/nsICommonDialogs.idl xpfe/appshell/public/nsIDialogParamBlock.idl xpfe/appshell/public/nsINetSupportDialogService.h xpfe/appshell/public/nsappshell.h
