There's some old cruft in xpfe/appshell/public that I want to remove... it's not
built, and it's a bit confusing. I want to remove

xpfe/appshell/public/nsICommonDialogs.idl
xpfe/appshell/public/nsIDialogParamBlock.idl
xpfe/appshell/public/nsINetSupportDialogService.h
xpfe/appshell/public/nsappshell.h
Wait till after beta, then ask drivers as usual.  rs=me provided others I've
cc'd do not object.
