Only first page of text printed in Firebird.  IE prints multiple pages. Print
preview shows text going beyond page boundry

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View attached html file
2. Select "Print Preview" from file menu to see preview text
3. Select "Print Page" to see only first page printed.
Actual Results:  
Print preview will show the text continuing below the bottom of the printed page.
The print will only see the first page, truncated at the end of the print area

Expected Results:  
Multiple pages printed, as seen with IE6 on test page
