The CSS property; background-color:xxx; doesnt render sometimes (in divs in this
case). Occurrance: It's inconsistently repeatable but it happens often enough.
Does seem to show more often on a slow host connection. Pressing F5, or F11
makes the background color render as it should.

Seing this as well with build 20040322, forcing a reflow fixes the problem.

I think this is basically the same problem as bug 244017.
The screenshot shows the problem in div with id="maincontent". This has a style
with float:left; and the div has a height greater than the viewport.
All the same ingredients as in that bug.
Appears to be a dupe of bug 244017.  There is also a testcase there.
