Can't see the whole page in frames without scrolling

After the first animation, the main page is half shown. No scrolling bars to
scroll thru the wole page.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter http://www.titanlux.es
2. Click on the "saltar animación" or "continuar" link
3.
Actual Results:
I see a broken layout that doesn't show the whole page nor scroll bars.
Expected Results:
It should show scrollbars.
It seems the page is defined as a iframe without scrollbars intentionally.
They have an email adress on the web. I've sent an informal email complaining
about the problem.
