Currently sunbird apparently has a copy of all.js in http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/calendar/sunbird/app/profile/all.js in stead of having a system in place that reuses the global one (mozilla/modules/libpref/src/init/all.js). This is a mantenance nightmare, and should be fixed. Security bugs are often fixed by changes to all.js, we don't want those to not make it into sunbird.

I've brought the sunbird code up to date with the firefox code therefore all.js has been removed now.
