User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040326 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040326 Outlook contacts created with a user defined form are not imported. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. I import the Outlook address book. 2. 3. Actual Results: All "normal" contacts in my contact folder are imported. The contacts in this folder that I created by using a user defined form are ignored. Expected Results: All contacts shoud be imported independed of the message class. I guess the import routine looks for entries with the MessageClass "IPM.Contact".
I found the code where the message class is tested in the file mozilla\mailnews\import\outlook\src\nsOutlookMail.cpp if (type.Equals(NS_LITERAL_CSTRING("IPM.Contact"))) { // This is a contact, add it to the address book! In my opinion, the statement is wrong. The test could check if the message class starts with "IPM.Contact".
