I switched from one home page url on start up to three tabs opening to three
different URLs. I found this to not be as convenient as I hoped, so I wanted to
switch back to just having one tab open with the home page. I switched it back
to one page, but everytime I start the browser, it still does the three tabs.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go into EDIT/PREFERENCES
2. Select Navigator option
3. Set Home Page Group Set with tabs already open
4. After restarting the browser, I shut down all tabs except the current home
page I wish to keep.
5. I go back into Edit Options/Navigator Option and select Use Current Page as
an option, which sets it back to my one home page URL.

Actual Results:  
 After shutting down and restarting the browser, I have group tab home pages
opening.

Expected Results:  
Just opened the one tab with the one home page as it originally did.
