This might be a bug in Yahoo Messenger and not Firefox, but I'm not sure. When
we have Yahoo Messenger installed and get a new mail message at our yahoo.com
mail account, a little mail notification icon appears in the task tray in the
lower right corner. If you double click the mail notification icon, which
normally should open up your Yahoo e-mail account, FireFox loads and opens three
browsing tabs (see screen shot).

1. The first tab has an error that says some malformed URL could not be found.
2. The second tab contains some random page. When I try it with my Yahoo
account, I get the error "34 could not be found". When my girlfriend tried it
on several machines (all running Windows XP and Firefox 0.8 release), her second
tab comes up with the web site "http://www.black47.com". I have a feeling she's
getting the random results of a Google "I'm Feeling Lucky".
3. The third tab is simply a blank page (about:blank).

It seems the following conditions MUST be met:
1. You must have Firefox your default browser.
2. You must enable Yahoo Messenger's mail notification icon (the default)
3. Firefox must already be cloxed when you click the mail notification icon. If
it is already open, it seems to work fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. If you don't already have one, sign up for a Yahoo Mail account.
2. Install Yahoo Messenger and log in.
3. Close all instances of FireFox. Make sure it's your default browser.
4. Send yourself an e-mail to your Yahoo account. Eventually, you should see
the new mail notification in the lower left corner.
5. Double-click the mail notification icon. Instead of bringing up your Yahoo
mail, the effect described above should occur.
Actual Results:
Opens FireFox with three browse tabs, a error tab, a random location, and a
blank tab. (see Details)

Expected Results:
Should bring up Yahoo mail instead, which is what it does in IE or in FireFox if
the browser is already open.

I tried this on 4 different computers running XP. Three of the computers were
running the 0.8 release, and the other was running build 20040326.
You can see the three tabs that are opened. The first tab showing the error,
the second one loading a random page, and the third an about:blank.
