Similar to bug 21654, the password field on the "name and password" dialog is being truncated by a too-small window.
I believe this has been fixed in the last day or so... what build were you using?
The nightly build I pulled this morning.

hhrm. ok, I'll see about making the wizard larger. As usual, the workaround is to use small fonts on windows.
