Right now Tinderbox shows only time on the top of the page. This is rather
uninformative --- it would be nice to see the date as well and I see no reason
why date should not be included there. Patch to follow.

Sure, we should print the date out. r=mcafee I can check this in post-1.7
freeze, or we can work with asa/leaf to OK a checkin now.
