The image manager should have an "Add site..." button to make it possible to
block images you can't block by right-clicking. (You can't block background
images, like on abc.go.com, and you can't block the not-rolled-over image of a
rollover pair, like on cnet.com. See bug 238293. You can determine which host
to block by looking at the page source or the Media tab of Page Info.)
Having an "Add site..." button would also improve consistency between pop-up
blocking and image blocking, although pop-ups are blocked by default and images
are not.
