Details
Mozilla 1.6f. checked all plats, works in Windows & Linux.
STEPS:
Create new profile (isolates the numerous offline/online options).
Check "Work Offline"
Open profile.
OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:
Browser is online (all three elements, working connectivity, UI toggle set to
online, network.online=true).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
All three elements of offline state should be set to OFFLINE.
Dup/related with bug 229763 or bug 238346?
probably a dupe of that bug, but I haven't looked at the various reports by
milestone.
